Certified Level Beekeeping Course
If you are interested in our 2023 class, we are sorry to say the class is full and we cannot accept any more registrations.
The course is suitable for beginners looking to become beekeepers and those who are currently keeping bees looking to gain more knowledge. This course is the first level in the South Carolina Master Beekeeping curriculum and will provide the knowledge for achieving the level of Certified Beekeeper. Classes consist of 5 Saturdays approx. 3 hours each week. The dates/times are listed below.
This course is open to anyone, whether you’re an SBA member or not.
Jan14th, 21st, 28th and February 4th, 11th, 18th – 9:00am to 12:00pm
Will most likely not use all 6 Saturdays unless there is inclement weather.
Classes will be held at Spartanburg Community College – Room to be given after signup
